Let the sleeping dragon lie?

My baby is a little over 2 months old now. Is it ok to let them sleep half the night and feed them when they wake up? Or do I still need to wake them to feed if they sleep longer than 4 hours?

As long as the baby is back up to birth weight or above at night you can let them sleep.

If they’re hungry, they’ll wake up. Don’t worry about watching the clock. Look at your baby and they’ll tell you what they need

I always let them tell me when they were hungry not the other way around. Best decision ever! They were fed and I slept more and rested.
