Am I pregnant?

I took a pregnancy test Wednesday adter spending the night in hospital with a urine infection. I assumed it was negative so I binned it. Then last night for some reason I was staring at a photo of our ivf scan and I instantly went and checked the bathroom bin - it was now showing 2 lines. So I did another during the night and fell asleep whilst waiting for the results when I woke I checked and that also had 2 lines but very faint.

We have been trying for over 10 years and had so many miscarriages I don't know if I can trust the result.
