Soooooo this…

So I’m 13 weeks and I went for my scan and they saw nothing but tissue… no baby! I don’t know, kinda weird. So I’ve been going to the bathroom and passing tissue and clots. Super weird. Kinda feels like I’m birthing this stuff though. It makes you feel like you need to push it out a little bit when you go potty? Idk I’ve never been through this far along in a miscarry. I thought I passed my placenta and little tiny angel but no; not yet. What can you do for pain? It’s really dull and achy and uncomfortable and I am just miserable :(
