Second Opinion?

I am 12 weeks pregnant and this is my fifth pregnancy. My last pregnancy ended in m/c at 9 weeks and my pregnancy before that went full term with my son passing away shortly after birth unexpectedly. With this pregnancy, I’ve been battling yeast infections and more recently, utis.

I went to an urgent clinic today for uti symptoms. Frequent, painful urination, and pelvic pain. These were my results. The nurse practitioner wouldn’t prescribe me anything, because 1) I just finished antibiotics on Monday for a uti 2) she isn’t sure if the frequent urination is from a uti or pregnancy. She tested me for bv/yeast/trich to see if the results were due to any of these.

I am considered high-risk and I’m very paranoid, I don’t know if I can handle another loss. Should I go to the er and get a second opinion or go with her recommendations?

Please help.
