Please help

So my period are usually on the heavier side especially on the first day. This is how my pad looks mid you I spotted last night at 11 pm and haven’t bleed like a period yet. This is this first time I had blood on my pad but it looks like this

My first day blood is usually very very red and heavy to the point i need to change my pad like 3-4 times a day this was my only pad all day.
