Preeclampsia?

I'm only 18 weeks so this would be too early generally?

But I'm dying over here, I had aching right arm and shoulder pain for a few days, that went away then I broke out in a rash from my neck to my underwear line ( I believe PUPPP) and now I'm having killer migraines I can barely look at the light and Turing my head or coughing hurts so bad.

I also have a subchorionic hemorrhage which I get regular scans for

This pregnancy is kicking my butt

No multiples found, blood pressure not reading high,

Has anyone else had early signs of preeclampsia? I haven't had it in any previous pregnancies.
