Possible implantation spotting 10DPO following Timed intercourse??

Hi all, have been ttc for 3+ with unexplained infertility. We started a medicated cycle for the first time with Gonal-F injections and got two mature follicles. I then triggered 12 days ago, and I am currently 10 DPO today with negative pregnancy tests. I started cramping in last few hours and have this in my underwear only, nothing when I wipe, does anyone think it could be implantation spotting? Period is not due for 5 days and I have never experienced spotting before now. Thanks so much for any replies! I am praying hard this month 🙏
