Help! HCG question

What’s a normal hcg level being only 4/5 days late on af? I believe I’m 18dpo. I got my first positive on 8/11 with frer. Easy @ home didn’t show up for a couple days later and has been really faint. Frer kept getting darker until this morning- it was a little fainter so I went and got my blood drawn. I just got the results and it’s a 13. I’ve been a little crampy off and on but no bleeding or anything. I’m suppose to repeat the blood draw on Wednesday- should I just expect a miscarriage at this point? I’m devastated. I had a miscarriage back in December on Christmas Day and it took 8 months for me to get pregnant again and now this. I’m so hurt. 😭
