what to do with an immature partner

I used to love my boyfriend’s childish side when we first started dating, I thought it was cute. Now we’ve been together for a year and it hasn’t stopped. I love that he doesn’t take himself too seriously and that he lets loose sometimes, but i’m starting to find this side of him very annoying, sometimes I find myself rolling my eyes when he doesn’t look. He always asks for attention, like a needy child, but not with his words, with his actions. He’s almost 25 years old and will break out in a dance when I don’t pay attention to him, jump on top of me when I lay down, play load music or make loud noises to get a reaction from me. It’s come to a point where it happens multiple times a day and I don’t find it cute or funny anymore, I find it unbearable. I want him to grow up and start acting his age. I’ve told him before that he’s a bit immature but he said that it’s just the way he is and that he can’t help it, he said that “we all have things about our partners that we maybe not so happy with”. I’m 21 and I want my partner to be more mature, and right now he’s not it. I don’t know if he can change it or if it’s just doomed between us.
