Is there anything I can do right after ovulation, until it’s time to take a test, to help my chances of pregnancy?

Unfortunately it’s truly just a waiting game…. The 2 week wait is so hard mentally, just try to stay positive (I know that’s hard when it feels like you’ve been trying forever!) my husband and I tired for over a year for our first, I’m about nine weeks and a few days, the only thing I did different the month we conceived was get a massage to relax my body before i ovulated, took mucinex during my high LH days, and did the deed more on higher fertile days! not really. It’s up to Mother Nature at that point. You can start taking prenatals and just generally caring for yourself best you can to overall improve chances. But once the deed is done, it’s a waiting game!
