Whats this?!

I had raw sex yesterday, and I did bleed. I’m not sure when because we just noticed blood in the bed. Also, today, when I went to pee, I noticed that my first pee was extreme, and then I went to pee again a few hours later. My pee was back to standard color and smell, and I wiped as I was getting ready to pull up my pants. This poured out between my legs. Can someone help me as to what this is what kind of discharge? I wouldn’t even say it’s discharged because it’s very watery. Is it semen? I’m not sure what it is. I’m just coming to help with understanding.
