Help! 9 weeks postpartum

Someone please help!! I’m 9 weeks postpartum and about 2 weeks ago we accidentally did the deed without protection (no judgement please) and I’ve been feeling really moody and sick the last few days so I bought a pack of tests just to check and idk if you guys can see it but there’s definitely a faint line there, this is in time frame. So do you think it’s left over hcg or possibly the start of a new pregnancy? Or maybe nothing at all? About 7 days from missed period so it’s still early
