Feeling deflated 😞

*edit - just had a bad bout of diarrhoea - is it wishful thinking given today’s sweep wasn’t the best??

Had a sweep on Wednesday and had 2nd one today but midwife told me that my outer cervix is soft and about 1cm but inner is still firm and pretty closed so she couldn’t do a proper sweep

I’m 37+2 and being induced on Wednesday due to slight GD and supposedly a big baby and I was really hoping that my body would be ready for sweeps at this stage but isn’t looking like I’m going to go into labour naturally 😞

My first came on his due date and my second was 8 days late after 2 sweeps so she said my body still most likely thinks this is still too early

Gutted - dreading every second of induction 😩
