plan b.

i made a post about this a few days ago but wanted to make another post as well.. for opinions i took the plan b within 72hours but before i took it i noticed i was cramping a little bit , my app told me i was ovulating but i have irregular cycles .. but anyways i took the plan b and now im getting symptoms that i would get before i start my period like a little acne and craving awhile bunch of sweet and a high sex drive could this be my period is coming or is that the affects of the plan b tricking my body. should i still be worried ?
