I went to get an ultrasound on 8/22. I thought I was 5+2 weeks pregnant but I was told I’m measuring 4+1. They saw a sac but nothing else at this time. Technically my last period was July 16th but that was also the day of my miscarriage start. My OB said you’re likely measuring later because of the miscarriage and can’t really tell when everything truly happened. I go back on 9/10 for a repeat ultrasound. If we’re basing the new time line I’d be 6+6 weeks. I’m nervous I’ll go back and get bad news. This is my 3rd baby and I never had this happen. I never even had an ultrasound til closer to 10-12 weeks. The nurse said this is not normal protocol, but they are doing it because I just had the miscarriage and they want to make everything is good. Praying for a healthy happy baby!
