My principal needed someone to teach world history this year. I agreed. So I'm teaching English for freshman's and world history. I have a student whose parents were trying to get them taken out of my class. She was told world history is a requirement to graduate. If her daughter doesn't take it. She doesn't graduate. I checked my email and this mom emailed me saying she went through my syllabus and will tell me what she does not approve of me teaching her daughter. One was the Holocaust because it's "fake" history and there is SO much evidence that it never happened. How delusional do you have to be to think I'm gonna read this email and do what you say 🙄
