Infection??? Blurred pic included

Hi, could anyone help me? I’ve been to 3 different drs in the last 2 months. I’ve been tested for everything and everything came back negative including bv, yeast, and uti. I have a slight itchiness that isn’t constant and doesn’t happen everyday. But when it does happen there’s a weird discharge that is thick and doesn’t have a smell. I was treated twice as if it’s a YI but still hasn’t helped. I’ve tried prebiotics, probiotics, and boric acid. Idk what to do anymore
