Hey everyone I'm stuck in a serious situation and it's been heavy on my mind since we moved here. My husband and I moved away from family/friends, he's on a job out of state at the moment which happens often and our toddler just started preschool. If i were to go into labor while he's away and she's in school...what are my options? Do i risk driving in labor to check her out of school then head straight to the doctor? Do i call an ambulance and we swing by the school and can get her? Can she get escorted to the hospital by emergency services or the school if I'm already in the hospital? Has anyone been in this Situation I'm 36.5 weeks along and baby boy has definitely started to drop. Husband has been working his butt off trying to get as much time off to help when the baby comes.
