Painful 🍑hole

I’m gonna be 6weeks very soon and I’ve been taking prenatals for about a week or so. I drink a gallon of water a day however my pee is SO dark! Is that the prenatal or something else?

Also tmi but I’ve been constipated, and my bootyhole HURTS when it’s time to go. It feels tight? Best what to describe it I think. kinda like when you eat something spicy and the next day it hurts, like that but there’s no burning. also there’s no bleeding.

I’m confused and in pain lol

Is this the prenatal or something else?

And is there anything I can do to help?
