Best affordable eyeshadow sticks?

What are the best affordable eyeshadow sticks that go on smooth and *creamy* over powder base and is easily blended? The best I have tried to far is the hard candy pony kind but the Walmarts in my area have stopped carrying them and I just ran out 😭 I have tried some other ones but they feel hard and I have to press hard on my eyeball and I have noticed I have developed twitching in my eyes and I’m worried it’s from having to apply so much pressure. Looking for a stick formula not a liquid eyeshadow, and bonus points if you don’t have to sharpen it and can just twist. Some thing I can find in a drugstore or Walmart or maybe Ulta and around 10 bucks or less. I miss the hard candy pony 😭
