Feeling the anxiety like mad.

He was always a good dad but I haven’t seen him since I was 18.

I’m 33 now- a mother, and soon to be a wife. Managed to find him a few months after my mum passed away in 2020 and now the day has come 🤢

I think it will be okay, my fiancé has been texting my dad for the past 3 years whilst I got my head around it all (I originally started contact but then my dad wanted to do a phone call and set my anxiety all over again - so my partner took over)

Just had to get it off my chest 🫥
