Can someone help?

Took this pregnancy test this morning around 8am and as I was patiently waiting I had to attend to my 2 other kids and I’m thinking it was about 6 mins when I came back to see the results and this is what I saw. Now, I am a week late I believe on my period (it’s never consistent) and I do have all of pregnancy symptoms expect throwing up. About 2 weeks ago I noticed my breasts getting sharp, tingling pains and a lot of cramping. I know these test can lead to false positives.
