Positive or Faulty!?!

I took these FMU and instantly came up, i haven’t taken a test since but I’m holding so that i can try again tonight. Control line was like a light purple but easy to see and test line was dark purple BUT… why is it it at the top of the strip & not in the middle of the strip. I’ll also post my faint tests from friday

I've actually read reviews that have said the line was at the top and not in right spot. They did end up being positive.  Do you have an update?  I'm curious.  And good luck to you!

Took frer nothing! 😩 these tests are just givin me the run around!!! Can I still sue for false positives? Im a day late & been cramping off & on since a week after my period. Headaches, Fatigued, lower back aching, nausea here and there, occasional breast pain and tingling. Off & on Congested/runny nose plus sneezing ( ive never had allergies nor am i sick ) i just want a straight answer. My Birth Control insertion is Tuesday i’ll just wait til then im just praying i get my period already 😭😭
