Anxious now need opinion

My in laws had taken in a stray kitten back in July. Poor thing was left alone and was only 4weeks old. Fast forward to today while my toddler was with them she got into the kittens litter box and was playing with the litter (they said it was clean but still gross). I being 31 weeks pregnant of course was not happy about know things happen so I scrubbed up my little ones hands and arms and I washed mine directly after. I do have cracks on my hands from washing more often being pregnant though. Is it likely I could get toxoplasmosis? My nerves have been a lot today so I’m thinking I may be overthinking.
