Im 6 weeks and 3days and no symptoms beside being fatigue I'm really hoping it stays like that.

4w5d with sore boobs, fatigue, and occasional queasiness but no full out morning sickness.

4Wks 4d , slight sore boobs , occasional mild cramping.

By week 6 I had horrible morning sickness, tender breast, headaches, nausea and fatigue now I'm 12 weeks and I have occasional morning sickness, nausea that comes and goes, tender breast, heartburn, headaches, dizziness :)
