9 Weeks Blood Clot

So, I posted earlier this week about some brown bleeding and brown blood - I did check with my doctor and she said it was normal. Well fast forward to Sunday and I start bleeding more red blood and even starting to pass stringy clots. I’m sorry for the blurry pictures.

I have had very light cramps. I went to the bathroom and then saw this blood clot. I’m contacting my doctor tomorrow when they open back up since it is a holiday weekend - but I’m like super worried about this. Has anyone had anything like this clot that did not result in miscarriage? I said if I pass something like this again I’m going to the ER even though they really can’t do anything…
