doubled up on birth control— question
hello! i’ve been going through a depressive episode and i forgot to take my birth control two times in the matter of four days. i doubled up each time. so like if i forgot monday i would take monday and tuesday on tuesday and i forgot wednesday so i took wednesday and thursday on thursday.
i just noticed blood that looks a bit old or oxidized on my underwear — and it’s a lot… was the two days of forgetting a cause of this? what do i do lol!
