20 week scan

So i just had our 20 wk scan today and the report says "slight fullness in both kidneys" the kidneys measured at 4.3 and 3.9 mm which looking online is BARELY qualified as hydronephrosis...anyone had similarand everything turn out fine and normal? Sounds like odds are its nothing...but kind of getting worried.
