Yeast

Ok this maybe a subject that comes up often but I just want to see if I am the only one ?

I’m 38 yo , no kids , went through some super stressful divorce and maybe stress related yeast infection back to back , finally went away after 4 months. Ever since then I noticed after each menstrual cycle there’s little yeast chunks and pieces that fall out into the toilet bowl after peeing for like two weeks straight then It disappears and goes through monthly cycle and after it starts back up , every month. Although there’s no yeast infection, no pain. No smell. Is that something anyone else dealing with ? What are your ideas and thoughts and is this normal?
