First IUD
I've been doing a lot thinking and I wanted to switch from my current birth control (the ring) to the IUD, for a variety of reasons, but I'm kinda scared of the insertion process...
I've never had kids or have been pregnant... How do I bring the change and my fears to the my gyno?
