My doctor prescribed me epiduo acne cream and my skin has been SO incredibly dry the first few days of using it.

Last night I applied the epiduo gel, let it sit for 10 minutes and then applied moisturiser to help with the dryness but then my skin was on fire!! I feel like I am using the gel wrong for my skin to be burning that severely when putting moisturiser on. It was the same burning feeling with my cleanser too!

Should I do my skin care first, let that sink in and then apply the gel?

Or should I just ditch using any moisturiser and let my skin stay dry?
