Pregnant or not pregnant 😅

Hi ladies, wondering if anyone has had this before or may have insight. My period is a week late (not normal, I’m usually very regular), peeing more, fuller breasts and have some mild cramping. Had unprotected sex about 5-6 days before expected period but he didn’t finish in me (we usually use condoms). Have taken 4 tests at this point and all are negative. Conceived in one shot with our first so while I know the chances I’m pregnant are slim , it’s not impossible. So my question is if you conceive right before your period, could it take longer for a positive test reading?
