Monitored info trigger shot

I am on a medicated, monitored cycle with timed intercourse. I took Letrozole 7.5mg on cycle day 4-8(8-27-24 to 8-31-24) I went back in cycle day 12 (9-4-24)for a vaginal ultrasound to look at my follicles and blood work for LH and progesterone to see if I can do the trigger shot.

Left side size 15.0 mm, 8.0mm, 8.0mm

Right side size 20.0mm

My LH was at 5.48

Progesterone was at 0.144

The doctor said I had good size follicles to administer the Ovidrel trigger shot (250mcg) on 9-4-24. Then to BD! 9-4-24 til 9-6-24. How long did your trigger test out on pregnancy test, and how long does your OPKs stop being so positive?
