Gul bladder issues

At the hospital they're pretty sure I'm going to need my Gul bladder removed but not until after I have my baby because I'm in the third trimester. I'm miserable, at the hospital, and starving. Anyone else go through this? I've tried looking up what I'll be able to eat and the list is so small and the list I can't eat is huge. Anyone know what meat if any that I can eat or anything that helps?
