Panicking

So I had my tubes completely removed last year in August and have had periods much more regular since then. This month I spotted very lightly for 3 days. Which is very weird cause my flow is always very heavy (sorry tmi). I’m starting to panic a little cause I’m now 10 days late & not sure if that spotting was my actual cycle or not. I want to take a test just to ease my mind but I’m super nervous. I didn’t see myself having anymore children. I have three, 9,4 & 1. Is it possible to even be pregnant again after a tubal ligation? 😬🫣
