Opks should be done consistently at least twice a day starting from a couple of days after your period ends. because the app is just guessing and usually wrong for ovulation. A positive opk is when the test line is as dark or darker than the control line. Then you should ovulate within 12 to 48 hours after. 
These look like they weren't done processing or they were dipped for too long and they got bad dye runs.

Those look like they are still processing. I’d recommend using the easy at home ones instead those don’t look very reliable.
