Please help me, to Leave or stay?

I made a mistake, ive been cheating on my SO with another man for 2yrs now. My SO and i have been separated for that long too. IM living w that man, while my SO is at home waiting for me to come back. MY SO and i separated because he has an alcohol/porn addiction and refused to get help. He gets aggressive when he drinks. He refuses to let his addictions go. As for the man i cheated with, hes made promises to me about making us official after i sign divorce papers, which ive already done. But he hasnt made us official, he still keeps his options open, and lied to me about it. I used to was able to get into his phone, but he recently changed his password. Now everytime i get in his phone, i never see anything good. Hes always following single women on social media, and lie about it. He even tells me theyre prettier than me and that i should feel special he pursued me and not them. I wanted to go to an event at my workplace, and he called me a whore for wanting to go, he told me this is why we arent offical yet because i am not committing to him. But he seems to be the one to not commit to me. Should i leave him
