Pregnant or not?

I recently went to get my blood drawn to see if I was going into early menopause, I ended up getting my results back and it looks like I’m pregnant?

My hormones show signs that I could be in 1st trimester. But it also shows that my egg is about to drop. I did a pregnancy test and it was negative, but I’m so confused now….

My next period should be in 7 days

Has anyone else experienced something like this? Should I be worried?

Any tips or advice on what to do…. I’m getting a new test to get my HCG checked.
