Can fertomid make the pregnancy test positive ?

My periods were delayed by 4 days and had some unusual symptoms;

Cramps, tender b00bs and milky white CM and my test were negative on day 14 and 15

I got my period 17dpo and they were heavy with cramps and clots (that was yesterday)

Today they carried on but the pain and the clots were to much I went to the clinic and the test showed 2 lines 1 faint and 1 strong line.

Early today I took fertomid as the doctor’s prescription that on day 2 I must take fertomid.

Please advise if fertomid can make you have false positive?
