Anyone had this happen?

Just had 6 week and 2 days scan
Can see fetal pole and sac in right place but no heart beat..
anyone eles had this and it’s turned out to be ok?
They have said to go back in 1 week and will know for sure if it’s viable or not ( whether it’s too small atm or there is just no heart beat 😏
