Possibility of twins??

Is there a possibility it’s twins???

I’ve had 3 kids before and never had a dye stealer this DARK nor this early. I was 3w5d when I took this one but I got my first dye stealer at 3w3d. I have identical twins on my side of the family and my husband was a twin from IVF but he absorbed his twin in the womb. We’ve never had this deep of a gut feeling that it’s multiple but I also know we over think everything with each pregnancy.

Also I figured I’d ask in here what difference in symptoms y’all have noticed with multiples vs a single baby pregnancy??
