2 week late neg test

Hi ladies i am now 2 weeks late for this period i have been for a private ultrasound test as my friend does them she confirmed there no sign of any pregnancy as i thought. She did say she could see my period there and some fluid on the cavity. She said i could be experiencing signs of perimenopause as there was no eggs in my ovaries and at the time i had the scan (last week) she expected there to be. The scan was preformed internally. Done another pregnancy test today as adviced and still.negative I am 31 in a few days. has anyone ever experienced anything like this before? All my family experinced perimenopause in early to mid 30s. Does anyone have any advice for me. I am due to go away friday for my birthday and im betting period will show then!!!!! Or will i just bleed when my next period is due. I am so confused. Thanks for reading. Xx
