Pregnancy symptoms question!!

Hello! So my boyfriend and I did the deed about 2 weeks ago. He wore a condom and I have an IUD. Lately I have been vomiting just in the morning (specifically between 5-7am), diarrhea, and very fatigued. I have never been pregnant before so I have zero clue on what some other random symptoms can be. I also have a smidge of a cold so I kind of connected those symptoms to that. But I was reading online that they can also be symptoms of pregnancy. Can someone tell me if I should test or to not waste my time. Thank you!!
