Spotting

According to my glow app, I have one day until I start my period according to my iPhone app I have three days until I start my period and according to my lunar app, I have five days until I start my period the last two days I have been spotting very, very very lightly But last month around my period I spotted for a couple of days and lightly bled for a day and then continued spotting for six days After my cycle last month I went crazy on pregnancy test and everything came back negative and now here we are again this month still no sign of an actual flow, but I still have not missed any of my apps dates! within the last two months, I have been cramping on and off and honestly, I just don’t know what to think anymore any advice
