I had a miscarriage a couple of months ago after having a healthy pregnancy .

I’ve just turned 28 and I know your egg quality reduces with age but I don’t think 28 is old enough to be considered a risky age for pregnancy right ?

Google also says prolonged stress can affect the health of the eggs and if I’m being honest I have been stressed for the last two years . Doctors keep saying miscarriage are just something that happen without anyone’s fault but I just can’t seem to stop thinking it has to do something with either the health of the mother of father . I’m so lost . Could you please help me make sense of this
