Cholestasis

I’ll try to make this as brief as I can. I am currently 34 weeks pregnant with my third baby. I got cholestasis with my pregnancy only and had to get induced at 36 weeks 1 day because that’s when they got the results back for it. I was told if I were to go full term my baby would have been a stillborn and that cholestasis most likely comes back if I get pregnant again. Fast forward 3 years later I am pregnant again and got my results back I believe at 29-30 weeks pregnant and I have it again but not as bad as previous. The level for icp was just a number lower. I have been expressing to my midwife that I cannot carry to full term. I have this pressure on my chest ALL DAY EVERYDAY and can barely breathe. I can barely walk as my uterus feels sore and I sciatic nerve pain both legs everyday. When I sit down it feels as if my vagina is being ripped open and when I lay down the pressure on my chest is worse. I have had uterus pain since 2 months of pregnancy it just feels like tugging on my uterus for months to the both I can’t even continue to do yoga or any type of exercise. I had low lying placenta at the beginning but it has since moved up. I have gone to the ER about the not breathing and the pain in my uterus and about the cholestasis and they just told me to follow up with my midwife but all she does is check my blood pressure and listen to heartbeat. I don’t feel that she’s taking me serious. I had an appointment with maternal fetal medicine for an ultrasound and my baby looks good at 4lbs 11 ounces last week. I don’t know what to do at this point I don’t want to keep making trips to the ER but my intuition has never failed me and I really mean NEVER. I know I can’t carry this baby to full term but my midwife is refusing to induce me, my baby movements have been less as well and because the heartbeat is good they don’t see an issue. What do I do?
