Enough milk? Pump?

Question

Had baby 6 days ago via c section. I am breastfeeding. My boobs felt full one day in the hospital but besides that they feel normal. No engorgement or anything. I am feeding every 1-3 hours and sometimes every 30 minutes it seems. I use my haakaa at times on the opposite side I feed on. I squeeze my breast and stuff comes out. (No spraying) When baby is on breast, I can hear him gulping/swallowing at times. He has decent pee/poo diapers but I still low key worried he’s not getting enough. Is this a normal feeling? Should I pump after nursing? Any tips appreciated!

Always trust the diapers!!! 
After today, 6+ wet diapers a day equals plenty of milk. 
Don’t pump unless away from babe until after 6 weeks pp. 
Feeling full or not doesn’t indicate supply. What comes out or not when squeezing your nipple is not an indication of supply. 
Keep latching on demand or every 2-3hrs whichever comes first. Clusterfeeding can and will happen. Clusterfeeding is not a sign or low supply…it actually helps supply. 
I highly recommend taking a breastfeeding course to help prevent some of the worries.

Do not pump what so ever. Baby is fine. Your supply is fine. As long as baby has enough wet diapers in a day baby is getting enough. Don’t worry. 
Pumping on top of nursing will create major over supply that you do not need nor want.
