So I swear I got the Gardisal vaccine back in 2016/17. The Dr office I was with at the time told me they didn’t have record of it yet the pharmacy does and I refilled it 3x (as you’re supposed to the appropriate time apart). I also have hazy memory of a nurse giving me one shot and having a card to track the doses.

Should I call the office to see if I had appointments around the same time I had the prescription refilled? She was only my dr for a short time and doesn’t even work there anymore. I left because I never got good vibes.
