Large for dates/Macrosomia

I’m 34 weeks (EDD is 10/31) and my baby has been measuring big pretty much my whole pregnancy. Today we had a repeat growth ultrasound and he’s measuring over 4 weeks ahead at 7lb 14oz. I’m terrified. I was induced with my first and really wanted a natural delivery this time around. Im really just looking for any experiences or advice. I know that ultrasounds can be off… but I’m still just in disbelief at these measurements and fearing my body won’t be able to do this. 🥺
