Should I be alarmed

I’ll be 28 weeks on Saturday . Went pee and had this when I wiped. This was the second time wiping . The first time it was just a small spot , then this, then the last time was hardly noticeable . Haven’t seen it again since but I feel like I do before I start my period . I get this weird feeling like I can feel the blood coming before a period ,I’m having that now . No pain and baby has been moving . Going to keep an eye on it and call dr in the morning if it doesn’t get worse .
